Paid Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. Outlook.com email has not been receiving incoming messages for over two months. Storage shows 1 TB available and billing is active. This is a service failure after payment. Phone support disconnects and online support loops. Requesting callback from a human agent.

    Hi Brian,

Thank you for your kind post. I actually got the idea to post on this forum from Microsoft’s AI, as one of the ways where Microsoft uses an algorithm to flag my post because of certain words or phrases I use and then send it to an employee. That hasn’t worked yet.

I have sent an email from one of my other email accounts and my outlook email receives it. I will contact a number of the companies to see what, if any response they receive. That’s a great suggestion and I appreciate your help.

    We’ll see how it goes…

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

These forums are peer-to-peer. We're users like yourself, trying to help each other. No one here will call you. We can't.

Have you tried mailing a message to that address from another address yourself? If so, did the sending address receive a non-delivery report? Try it and see. If you get an NDR, post it here. The reason for the non-delivery will be in the report.

If you can't do that, contact one of the people whom you believe has sent you a message that did not arrive and ask them if they received a non-delivery report. If they did, have them tell you what reason for non-delivery the report contains.

Can you send messages? Do they stay in your Sent Items folder? Are you using the web-based interface to your mailbox at https://outlook.live.com/?
