Based on the error code 399287, this issue is a sign‑in or authentication failure related to the user’s Microsoft 365 account. This error typically occurs when the account is unable to complete the identity verification step, most commonly due to Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) problems or security policies blocking the sign‑in.
If you're using a work or school account, please note that MFA settings are typically managed by your organization's IT administrator. In this case, I recommend contacting your admin to sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center and reset or require re‑registration of Marina’s MFA methods. After re‑registering MFA (preferably using Microsoft Authenticator), your colleague should try signing in to OneDrive again.
