I am only able to join a breakout room from my phone when someone writes something in the chat and I click in and join. Is there a way to see all rooms and join whichever room? All team members are set to have access to freely go in and out of all rooms.

    Hello @Maxine Gerardo,

    Thank you for your question.

Please allow me some time to set up a test environment on my side. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours with an update.

In the meantime, could you please share a screenshot of the UI you’re seeing on your end? Kindly make sure to mask or remove any personal or sensitive information (PII) before sending it.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Kind regards,

On mobile (Android and iOS), participants can join breakout rooms they are assigned to or are invited to, but they cannot see a full list of all breakout rooms and freely jump between them the way organizers can on the desktop client.

    On phones:

    • When the organizer opens the breakout room assigned to a participant, that participant is either moved automatically or gets a Join / Join room notification to tap.
    • Each breakout room has its own chat, which can be opened from Chat once in that room.
    • Participants can return to the main meeting if the organizer has enabled that option, then be moved or reassigned by the organizer.

The ability to browse all rooms and self-select between them is supported for participants on supported desktop clients; on mobile, participants rely on the organizer’s assignments and join prompts rather than a full room list UI.
