Unable to sign in Azure portal with personal MSA

I attempted to sign in to the Azure portal with my personal MSA that has Azure monthly credit associated, but encountered the following error:

Sign-in failed

Error code: AADSTS5000224

Error message: The tenant you are trying to access has been deauthenticated and is no longer available. Try signing in using a new or private browser window. If you are a member of another tenant, you can sign in using: https://portal.azure.com/[tenant-id] or https://portal.azure.com/[tenant-domain]. Error details: interaction_required: AADSTS5000224: We are sorry, this resource is not available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support. This error typically occurs when authentication for your Azure tenant has been temporarily disabled due to a recent security incident.
