If that’s the case, I’d like to let you know that this is a known issue currently affecting the synchronization of Gmail accounts in classic Outlook. The Outlook team is actively investigating the problem. If the issue persists, you’ll need to remove all previous access and start again from scratch, following the manual workaround outlined in the article: Unable to add a Gmail account to classic Outlook - Microsoft Support
