    Hi,

Do you have Active Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification? This is required in addition to passing AZ-305 in order to earn Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. If you do not have it then you need to pass AZ-104 exam and both certifications will show up.

Please click Accept Answer if the above was useful.

    Thanks.

To make the Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (AZ-305) certificate visible after passing the exam, use the official certification support channels, as certificate and exam issues are not handled through general forums.

    1. Verify the certification in Microsoft Learn
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to register for the exam.
      • Go to the profile (top-right) → ProfileCredentialsCertifications and check whether the AZ-305 exam and related certification appear.
    2. If the certificate is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials/Certification Support
      • Use the Microsoft Credentials Support portal to open a support request so the certification team can check the exam result and fix the transcript/certificate visibility:
        • Go to Microsoft Credentials Support / Learning using the links provided in the context (for example, https://aka.ms/credentialssupport or the Certification Support links).
        • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the exam.
        • Fill in the support form under the Learning / Microsoft Credentials product family with details such as exam code (AZ-305), date, and that the certificate is not visible.
      • Alternatively, use the direct Certification Support links shown in the examples to create a ticket if the standard portal does not work.
    3. If Pearson VUE was the test provider and there is any doubt about exam delivery
      • Confirm with Pearson VUE that the exam was delivered successfully (they can only confirm delivery, not fix certificate visibility).
      • If Pearson VUE confirms delivery, proceed with Microsoft Credentials Support as above; only they can update the certification record and transcript.

All transcript/certificate visibility issues (including missing AZ-305 certificates after a passed exam) are resolved only by the Microsoft Credentials/Certification Support team via a support request.
