For an account-specific issue like a sweepstakes or activity that remains "In progress" after completing a qualifying action (such as upgrading to Microsoft 365 Premium), the only supported path is to have the Microsoft Rewards team review the account directly.
Use the dedicated Rewards support channel so the team can check the transaction and correct the points or activity status if appropriate:
- Go to the Microsoft Rewards support page: https://rewards.bing.com/support
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for Microsoft Rewards and the Microsoft 365 Premium upgrade.
- Open a support request describing:
- That the Microsoft 365 Premium upgrade was completed over a week ago.
- The specific Rewards activity/sweepstakes ("Microsoft Rewards Sweepstakes for 30 points") that is still showing "In progress".
- The date of purchase and any order confirmation details.
- Submit the form so the Rewards support team can investigate and, if eligible, manually adjust the points or clear the stuck activity.
If the issue persists after a response from Rewards support, reply within that same case so they can re-check rather than opening multiple new tickets.
