For your new Mac device, you go to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=525133&clcid=0x409&culture=en-us&country=us and then open the installer file and after the installation process you may login with the Microsoft account that has the subscription. For your phone and tablet, you can go to the Apple Store and then download and install the Microsoft 365 app that you will be using and after the installation process you may also login with the Microsoft account that has the subscription.
