The Xbox app states that Game Pass members enjoy Ad Free Mahjong, but I'm still receiving ads between games and on the side. How do I remove them?

dbrownamc 0 Reputation points2026-03-30T23:20:21.55+00:00 I’ve tried this twice. I keep getting told that Game Pass benefits only apply to Solitaire. I even tried including a screen shot from the Xbox app which shows the Mahjong benefit. Is there a trick to to filling out the form so that it gets routed to the right people?
