I want to cancel my 365 subscription and get a refund, I don’t use it enough for the cost.

The cost isn’t warranted for the amount I use this. I would like a full refund and cancel the subscription.

To cancel the Office 365 Subscription, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services Services & Subscriptions page and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Locate your Office 365 Subscription, click Manage > then select Cancel Subscription.

Once cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation that the subscription has been successfully cancelled and that the refund has been initiated.

You can go to the Microsoft order history page to check the status of your Microsoft Store return.
