If not, here's what I'd suggest:
1. Try restarting the Battle.net client and Overwatch
Fully close both apps, sign out, sign back in, and check your coin balance again. Sometimes delivery just needs a fresh session to register.
2. Make sure the right accounts are linked
Confirm that the Microsoft/Xbox account used to make the purchase is the same one linked to your Battle.net profile in-game. A mismatch here is a common cause of missing coins.
3. Contact Blizzard Support
Since Overwatch coins are delivered and managed by Blizzard — not Microsoft — if the above doesn't help, Blizzard Support would be the right team to investigate the delivery on their end.
4. If you'd prefer a refund instead
Since the purchase shows in your Microsoft order history, you can request a refund via: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders — select the order and choose Request a refund, noting that the coins were never delivered.
