Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Max Chang,
Good day and thank you for posting your question.
Since your subscription expired on 01/04/2025, you can still renew it as long as the tenant has not been permanently deleted.
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Sign in with the admin account for your business or with an account that has admin permissions.
- Go to Billing > Your products.
- Select the product you want to manage.
- In the Billing settings section, select Edit recurring billing.
- In the Edit recurring billing pane, select On or Off.
- Select Save.
Once payment is processed, the subscription typically becomes Active immediately, and services are restored shortly afterward.

Additionally, Microsoft 365 Business licenses are per user, not per device.
