It goes through the account, password, 2fa sequence successfully then it toggles between "working..." and "loading" about 20-30 times and stops with the message:

"We couldn't sign you in. Please try again."

We have two Tenets and it appears the one tied to the partner center isn't working.

Every time I try to login to the Partner Center it logs me into the first Tenet then tries to login to the second, that fails and it goes back to the first. It does this about 30 times creating that many log entries for the first tenent.

I can see the two tenet GUIDs alternating in the URL field https://login.microsoftonline.com/<GUID>/...

Try logging into Azure; you should get an error message there.

I can successfully login to Azure on both tenets but on the one that I formerly used for Partner Center my role is now "guest" and I cannot see any details.
