I get an email saying Your storage is 80% full.

I go to my account and it says my storage is <0.1gb

I check the files and they total less than 5Mb

Why am I getting this email?

    Hello,

Is the email coming from an address ending in @accountprotection.microsoft.com ? If not, treat it as a phishing scam email, don't click on any link in the email.

It is always best to check directly in your account, like you did, https://account.live.com > Microsoft storage. If all looks good, nothing to worry about.

Sometimes this happens because someone else left your email address as their account contact info, typically due to typo.

Your answer is vague. It does not tell me how to access the storage information for the apps referenced in the reply.

Your answer is useless. I have 5Gb storage and the information I can find on my account at my Microsoft account referenced below says <0.01Gb.

I do not use One Drive to store but less than 1Mb of files

Please tell me how to access the storage of my Outlook mail account.

I do not use any Microsoft services or apps other than One Drive and Outlook mail.

    Microsoft storage

This includes files, photos, attachments, and more across your Microsoft account
