Hi! Based on the details in your post, the detection was for a potentially unwanted app (PUA) in the Downloads folder, and these detections can continue to appear in Protection History until an action is completed or until the history ages out. Protection History itself is only retained for about two weeks, so a remaining entry does not always mean the file is still active on the PC.
Please open Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Protection history, select that detection, and choose Remove or Start actions if that option is still available. Then make sure Defender is fully updated and run first a Full scan and then a Microsoft Defender Offline scan. If both scans come back clean and the file was already deleted from C:\Users\krist\Downloads..., it is more likely you are seeing a stale history entry rather than an active threat.
