- Are you using Outlook web, Outlook New or Classic for Windows/Mac, or the Outlook mobile app?
- Is this happening on one device or on all your devices?
In the meantime, if you haven’t already already:
Check your email using a browser https://outlook.live.com/mail or your provider’s website. Do you see your emails there or still empty?
