May I ask what your printer model number is? Have you replaced the ink cartridge recently? Can you share the error message you see?

Amber Stockstill 0 Reputation points2026-03-25T21:22:28.1833333+00:00 My printer is doing the same. I printed off a bunch of stuff, replaced the ink cartridges, and now it's not working. It's showing the yellow symbol and says "There is a problem with the supply system". I've tried turning it off and unplugging it. I just got this ink yesterday. I bought a new set today, thinking the yellow was just a defective one in the pack, but it's still saying the same thing with a brand new catridge
