Issue with contact list

Today all of my contacts appear in people folder. Address book no longer exists. The error message I get is "This doesn't look right. Try again. When I click the "try again" button - nothing happens. This has never occurred before. Is there is synchronization issue that Microsoft is experiencing?

    Hello,

    Does this happen in another browser or in private mode?

    Sign out of Outlook on the web, then sign back in. Open it in a private window or different browser and clear cache. Go to People and select your default Contacts folder. If it still fails, check Settings, then View all Outlook settings, then General, then Storage to confirm your mailbox is not full.
