Would like to speak with a person. Can't get my device to recognize subscription and would like some personal guidance

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. When you say your device can’t recognize the subscription, do you see any error message? If yes, what exactly does it say?
    2. Did you recently buy or renew your Microsoft 365 subscription?
    3. Can you check here: https://account.microsoft.com/services does it show as active?

    If you haven't tried anything yet:

    • Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft account that the subscription is linked to.
    • Then, open any Office app (like Word or Excel), go to File > Account, and click "Update License" to refresh your subscription status.
