Can't retrieve License key to Activate Windows Pro 11.

I upgraded to Windows Pro 11. I paid using PayPal which had an old email. That email is no longer accessible. I need to get my License key to Activate Windows Pro 11.

    Hello,

    Are you signed in on your PC with the Microsoft account used for the purchase?

    Your upgrade license is linked to your Microsoft account, not a visible key. Go to Settings, System, Activation, then sign in with that account and run Activation Troubleshooter. If you lost access to the old email, sign in at account.microsoft.com, update your security info, then contact support with your order number to recover access and activate Windows.
