One Drive Internet Connection Error

So today One Drive just decides to freeze upon syncing files. This is incredibly FRUSTRATING as I am in the middle of a tight deadline for work! Trying to get to a real live human at Microsoft is apparently a joke. I have quit one drive, done different things that were recommended, reset/restarted the modem, and it is NOT on this end. It is this stupid program! I am not the only one having issues with this today as others have poised the same questions. I just need help please! I use windows 11.

    Sign in to OneDrive on the web at onedrive.live.com to access files right away. On your PC, open OneDrive settings, go to Account, select Unlink this PC, then sign in again to refresh sync. Check OneDrive settings under About to confirm it shows up to date.

    No I ended up having to do a remote session with geek squad who had to have an advanced technician troubleshoot everything! Since I opened a support ticket at Microsoft. And guess what no one ever contacted me and I couldn't work without the files

    Hello,

    Are you seeing any specific error message in the OneDrive app or system tray?

    Open OneDrive settings, go to Sync and backup, then pause syncing and resume after a few seconds. If it still freezes, reset the app by pressing Windows key + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset, then press Enter. After reset, open OneDrive again from Start. Also check Windows Update and install any pending updates, since sync issues are often fixed through updates.
