To cancel the subscription and check if a partial refund is available, follow these steps:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was charged.
    2. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription that shows the 134.00 charge and select Manage.
      • If you only see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and will not be charged again.
    3. On the next page, select Cancel (it may appear as Upgrade or Cancel).
    4. Follow the on‑screen instructions to complete cancellation. During this process, eligibility for a refund (full or prorated, depending on region and terms) is evaluated.

    Important details from the policy:

    • Not all cancellations result in a refund; eligibility depends on the subscription type, timing, and local regulations.
    • In some countries (including Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Israel, Korea, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Turkey), canceling may entitle to a prorated refund depending on subscription length and renewal status.
    • If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancellation and refund must be requested through their support instead.

If the charge is not recognized or seems incorrect, use the Manage your payments area of the Microsoft account dashboard to investigate the charge, and if needed, follow the guidance for unauthorized or accidental purchases.

If online steps do not resolve the issue or no refund option appears, contact Microsoft Support (billing) so an agent can review the specific charge and discuss refund options based on the account and region.
