Right Click Mouse Button

Used to be able to use the Right Click Mouse Button and a drop-down menu would appear. Then, you could copy, paste, etc items you've highlighted in a document and so what. But now you click on the 'B' Button, and nothing happens. How do I get this back????

Windows 11 Enterprise - this is the type of program that is installed on my laptop.

Nothing happens at all when I Right‑click the Start button or an empty area of the taskbar.

If right‑click no longer shows a menu where it used to, the behavior can be caused by a setting that disables context actions in that area.

For the specific case where right‑click on items in the Start menu does nothing, enable dragging and dropping for the Start menu:

1. Right‑click the Start button or an empty area of the taskbar and select Properties.
2. In Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, select the Start Menu tab.
3. Click Customize.
4. Go to the Advanced tab (or Advanced Start menu options).
5. Find and check Enable dragging and dropping.
6. Click OK, then OK again to close the dialog.

After this, right‑click context menus on Start‑menu folders and shortcuts should appear again.
