Used to be able to use the Right Click Mouse Button and a drop-down menu would appear. Then, you could copy, paste, etc items you've highlighted in a document and so what. But now you click on the 'B' Button, and nothing happens. How do I get this back????

Nothing happens at all when I Right‑click the Start button or an empty area of the taskbar.
If right‑click no longer shows a menu where it used to, the behavior can be caused by a setting that disables context actions in that area.
For the specific case where right‑click on items in the Start menu does nothing, enable dragging and dropping for the Start menu:
After this, right‑click context menus on Start‑menu folders and shortcuts should appear again.
