Content entered into Copilot as a prompt (for example, pasting RFP text into the Copilot pane or Edge sidebar) is used to generate a response for the signed-in user and is not exposed as a reusable answer that others can browse or copy from within Copilot.
When using Microsoft Copilot in Edge with a work profile and Entra ID, prompts and page context are handled under enterprise data protection policies. Summarized page content may be retained and governed according to the organization’s security and compliance rules, but other users do not get direct access to individual prompts or responses as a shared library they can search or copy from.
If RFP content is also stored in shared locations (for example, SharePoint, knowledge bases, or other repositories that Copilot is allowed to use as knowledge sources), then colleagues who have access to those underlying sources can access that content there, independent of Copilot.
