To reschedule the PL-300 exam, use the Microsoft Learn profile and the exam provider site.

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile: go to the profile avatar and choose Profile.
2. In the left menu, select Credentials, then select Certifications.
3. Scroll to find the scheduled PL-300 exam appointment.
4. Select Reschedule for that exam.
5. The site will redirect to the exam delivery provider (typically Pearson VUE) where the new date and time can be chosen and confirmed.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time. If rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the entire exam fee is forfeited and, if a company voucher was used, the voucher is forfeited.
• If the appointment is missed without rescheduling (no-show), the company may be charged a no-show fee.

Alternatively, rescheduling can also be done via the certification dashboard or by contacting Pearson VUE support, as noted in the exam policy updates.
