How to add phone number in Account Info (add phone is missing)

Dear All,

I change my mobile phone number.
In the Account Info of my Microsoft Account I remove the old number but the option "Add phone number" is missing!!

Can you help me how to fix this?

I recommend waiting 48–72 hours and then checking again to see if the option has been restored and the issue has been resolved from the backend.
