Azure SRE agent is unable to connect with ICM portal

The incident management system is Microsoft ICM portal. On ICM portal side, the MI has been added as a user. Still the Azure SRE agent is unable to connect with the portal. I have tried adding both MI and Enterprise application's object Id in the ICM portal, still no luck.
