Follow these steps to resolve an AZ-900 certification not showing in the Microsoft Learn account:

1. Confirm the certification was actually earned
   • Verify that the AZ-900 exam was passed and that it is the correct exam for the certification by checking the AZ-900 exam/certification details in the catalog: certification or exam details pages.
2. Check the correct Learn profile and login
   • Make sure the sign-in account on Microsoft Learn is the same one used when registering for and taking the exam.
   • If there might be multiple accounts (personal Microsoft account vs. work/school account), sign out and try signing in with each possible account.
   • Use the profile link in the exam “congratulations” email and confirm whether the certification appears there. If it does not, it may be associated with a different profile.

3. Allow time for results to sync
   • For most exams, results appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab within 24 hours after the exam result is available. If it has been less than 24 hours, wait and check again.
4. Check the Certifications and Transcript views

     • Select Credentials → Certifications and look for the AZ-900 certification.
     • Select Transcript to see if the passed exam and certification appear there.
5. Consider special cases
   • If the exam was taken through Certiport, note that Certiport-earned certifications currently do not appear in the Learn profile and must be managed from the Certiport account.
