How to link authenticator app to account, its like a loop, both are asking the code which is not coming anywhere

Hi,
I’m currently unable to sign in to the Microsoft account due to MFA issues — the Authenticator app is not properly linked and I’m not receiving any codes or approval requests.
Could you please reset the MFA / authentication methods for this account so I can reconfigure it?
