I'm trying to get setup for training for MS Endpoint Administrator. I want to use my personal account that way my entire profile is not lost. I already lost my profile once becuase I signed up for SC-900 and logged in using my work account and then I changed jobs, all my learning history was gone.

I cannot have my phone in my workspace. I started the sign-in process, ran out and turned my phone on. I selected the correct verification number on authenticator. I came back to my computer only to find "We didn't get an approval. We sent a sign-in request to your Microsoft app, but didn't get your approval in time." Really????I was gone no less than 2 minutes!!!

If I sign in now and start MS Endpoint Administrator training, will there be a way to transfer the learning profile to my pesonal account?

Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication can time out and block repeated attempts when it detects unusual activity, such as multiple sign-in attempts or delays in approving prompts. If too many attempts are made or approvals are not completed in time, it may temporarily prevent additional attempts as a security measure. In this situation, wait and try again later, or use a different MFA method if one is configured (for example, SMS, voice call, or another verification method). If problems persist or you suspect sign-in issues beyond simple timeouts, contact the IT administrator for the account to review Microsoft Entra sign-in logs and MFA configuration.

Regarding learning history and profiles, the provided information does not describe any supported way to transfer or merge learning profiles or history between a work account and a personal account. To avoid losing access in the future (for example, when changing jobs), sign in and continue training with the personal account that will remain under personal control.
