Recover Global Admin Microsoft account with lost MFA Access lockout

I am the only Global Administrator for my M365 Business account and I'm locked out due to an MFA issue with the Authenticator app. This is a full tenant lockout and I need the issue escalated to the Data Protection Team to reset my MFA.

Every time I try to login I am asked to complete 2FA - which I can not do.
