    Hello,

    Open Outlook, click "Send/Receive" at the top, and see if the "Work Offline" button is pressed. Click it again to close it. Completely exit Outlook and then reopen it.

    If it still doesn't work, rebuild your profile: Control Panel → Mail → Show Profiles → Add New Profile, then open Outlook with the new profile.
