When you traveled, Microsoft’s security system likely flagged the location change and blocked the mobile connection token. To resolve this, you can try removing and re-adding the account to force a fresh, secure connection. Please follow these steps:
- Open the Outlook app, tap your profile icon > Gear icon (Settings).
- Tap your Hotmail account, select Delete Account, and choose Delete from this device.
- Force-close the app (swipe it away), reopen it, and select Add Account to sign back in with your new password.
This process clears the old location-based lock and allows the app to sync with your current status in the UK.
