    Dear @Daniel Schipper,

Thank you for taking the time to share the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when calendar synchronization suddenly stops working, especially when it previously worked as expected and impacts your daily workflow.

I’d like to share a relevant discussion that closely matches your scenario and may give you more insight into what’s happening. Several users have reported the same behavior with Outlook for Android, where the toggle to sync the Outlook calendar to the device’s native calendar cannot be enabled:

As I notice, you chose the tag "For business" for this thread, which is important. Based on the discussion and similar reports, this appears to be an app‑side issue with Outlook for Android rather than a configuration or permission problem on the user’s end. At the moment, there is no confirmed workaround that moderators or community members can apply to directly resolve it.

Please also note that this is a peer‑to‑peer support forum. Moderators like myself and other community contributors can share experiences, expected issues, and guidance, but we do not have the ability to fix product bugs or make changes to the Outlook service or mobile app due to our role limitations.

Given that you are using a business account, the most appropriate next step is to contact Microsoft Support directly via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. This will allow Microsoft’s support engineers to review your tenant, confirm whether this is a product issue affecting your environment, and escalate it internally if needed.

In addition, I strongly recommend submitting feedback through the Microsoft feedback portal (from within the Outlook mobile app or via Microsoft’s feedback channels). Feedback from affected users is one of the keyways product teams prioritize fixes for mobile app issues like this.

You can do this by going to the Microsoft Feedback Portal. Sharing your experience helps Microsoft prioritize feature improvements in this scenario. Once you submit your feedback there, other users and I can locate your post and vote for it, which increases your visibility and priority to the product team. And I appreciate you raising this issue. Your action can help others in our community who face the same concern.

Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding. I know this is not the outcome you were hoping for but reaching out through the Admin Center will ensure your case is reviewed by the appropriate Microsoft support team.

I hope this clarification helps align expectations and provides you some insights in this concern. Wish you a pleasant day!
