Blurry When Using Enhanced Framing

Why would a Logitech Rally room using Teams give a blurry image, which sometimes resolves itself, but is also fixed by turning off Enhanced Framing mode? The system default is for this to be switched on, so many calls show a blurry outgoing camera image unless the settings are manually changed.

    Hi @Dave Fry

Regarding your issue, since this behavior appears to be related to the Logitech Rally camera and its built‑in framing functionality, I recommend contacting Logitech Support directly for further assistance. They are best positioned to help with device‑specific behavior, firmware, and camera processing settings on Logitech hardware.

I apologize for the need to redirect you to another support community. As a forum moderator, my assistance here is limited to general Microsoft Teams and Office application guidance. Since this issue appears to be specific to the Logitech device itself, Logitech Support would be the most appropriate team to assist further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
