Can't remove expired CC due to old Azure account. Azure account shows no invoices or subs.

I'm in a loop here. I have two expired credit cards that are attached to an old free 'Try Azure' account that is no longer active. I don't see any outstanding invoices or subscriptions listed in the Azure account. I don't even want my email associated with the Azure account anymore but I can't even delete the account.
