I purchased 2 Office Home 2024 and activated one yesterday. I tried to activate the second set of keys today on a separate computer laptop. I get this message "This product is already installed on another device".

On your web browser, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Can you see Office 2024 ? How many licenses do you have ? One or two ?

Office Home 2024 is a one-time purchase that is licensed for installation on a single computer per product key. The message “This product is already installed on another device” indicates that the specific key being entered on the second MacBook Neo has already been redeemed and associated with another device/Microsoft account.
To use both purchases on two different Macs, each device must use its own unique, unused key and be activated with the Microsoft account that redeemed that key.
Follow these steps on the second MacBook Neo:
Remember: each Office Home & Student/Home & Business/Professional one-time purchase is limited to one computer. Moving it to a different computer requires complying with the transfer terms in the Software License Terms and may require phone activation and uninstalling from the first computer.
