Im getting the message "Outlook cannot synchronize subscribe folders" for all the 4 accounts in my W11 computer using Office 365 with W11. Same case on the only other computer connected in the same office but with W10. Same license on MS 365.unistall

I tried following directions of chatgpt which as similar to the ones suggested in MS Support on line but nothing. Havent uninstall and reinstall Office 365 but tan the Online repair (not quick repair).

Can anyone help?

The error indicates Outlook is having trouble synchronizing IMAP subscribed folders for those accounts. Use these steps to verify and reset IMAP folder subscriptions in Outlook, which often resolves “cannot synchronize subscribed folders” issues:

    1. In Outlook Mail, in the folder list, right‑click the top folder for one of the IMAP accounts (the account name itself).
    2. Select IMAP Folders.
    3. Select Query to download the full folder list from the mail server.
    4. In the list, select the folders that should appear in Outlook and choose Subscribe. For folders that should not sync, choose Unsubscribe.
      • To select multiple folders, hold CTRL while clicking folder names.
    5. Select OK, then run Send/Receive again and check whether the error persists.

If a folder created on the server is missing from the IMAP Folders dialog:

    1. In Mail, right‑click the top folder for the IMAP account.
    2. Select Update Folder List.
    3. Open IMAP Folders again, select Query, then subscribe to the needed folders and test Send/Receive.

If the IMAP account’s top‑level folder name begins with a number (0–9), Outlook currently cannot perform these IMAP Folders steps for that account. In that case, rename the top‑level folder on the server (if supported by the provider) so it does not start with a number, then repeat the steps above.

If all accounts in the same office show the same error, also confirm with the email/IMAP provider or ISP that the IMAP service is reachable and not blocking connections from the network.
