Training and achievement codes for Microsoft 365 Copilot courses are managed through the Microsoft Learn Achievement Code program and the training provider that delivered the session.
To resolve the issue and access resources:
- Confirm the course and provider
The courses "Get started with Microsoft 365 Copilot" (1-hour or 3-hour) and "Enhance teaching and learning with Microsoft Copilot" all show an Achievement Code option and direct learners to Find a Global Training Partner. If the session was delivered by a Global Training Partner or Microsoft technical trainer, that provider is responsible for:- Issuing the correct achievement code URL
- Sharing any slide decks or follow-up resources promised in the session
- Check that the achievement code URL is valid
If the code cannot be redeemed or shows errors like “Code has reached its maximum” or “Achievement code not found,” this means the code is no longer valid. In that case, the trainer or training organization must generate a new code using the URL Creation Tool in the course Title Plan:- They create codes at
https://aka.ms/Courseware_Title_Planusing the URL Creation Tool tab. - Only codes created this way are valid and count toward KPIs.
- They create codes at
- Ask the trainer/organizer to reissue the code and resources
Contact the person or organization that hosted the 11 March 2026 session and request:- A new achievement code URL (if the current one fails to redeem)
- The slide deck and any promised resources (these are distributed by the trainer, not via Microsoft Learn automatically).
- If the trainer cannot resolve the code issue
If the trainer confirms they enrolled in the achievement code program but the Request Achievement Code button is missing or codes they generate still fail, they should:- Follow the troubleshooting steps: close all browsers, sign in with their Class Administrator account at
https://learn.microsoft.com, navigate to the course page, and perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5). - If the issue persists, re-enroll in the achievement code program.
- If still unresolved, submit feedback via the Microsoft Learn Troubleshooting page. (Feedback is reviewed but not responded to individually.)
