I would like to combine all Microsoft training both personal and professional, so I view progress with 1 profile. How can I accomplish this?

To view both personal and professional Microsoft training under one Microsoft Learn profile, use Learn’s built‑in profile merge and multiple login support.

    1. Decide which Learn profile to keep as the main one (for example, the profile that already has most certifications or training history).
    2. Sign in to that Learn profile.
    3. Go to the profile icon (top-right) → Settings.
    4. Under Account Management, select Add Login account.
    5. Sign in with the other login account (for example, your work/school account if you are currently signed in with your personal account, or vice versa).
    6. If that login is already associated with a different Learn profile, this will trigger a Profile Merge.
      • All learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from both profiles are merged into a single profile.
      • All login accounts from both profiles remain usable to sign in to the merged profile.
      • Editable details (display name, interests, etc.) can still be changed later.
      • All learning progress is combined and duplicates are removed.
      • The merge cannot be undone.

    Account limits and recommendations:

    • If the Learn profile was created with a personal account, up to five work/school accounts can be added.
    • If the Learn profile was created with a work or school account, adding one personal Microsoft account is strongly recommended so that access to training history and credentials is retained even if employment or school status changes.
    • A profile merge is only allowed if only one of the profiles involved has a personal Microsoft login account.

After the merge, sign in with either the personal or professional account and the unified Learn profile will show all combined training progress and certifications.
