It does not accept my credit card to make the payment.

I tried to buy a Microsoft 365 family, but I can´t; the app declined my credit card. I checked the information, and everything is ok. I tried with another credit card, but the same thing happened. I need help to check what happened. Why can´t I buy the license pack?

    I understand that you are having issue with payment method. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you go through this situation.

    I suggest you do this:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft account: https://account.microsoft.com/profile
    2. Check Country/Region
      • Must match your credit card country
      • If wrong > do not change randomly (can lock account)
    3. Go to Payment options: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments
    4. Remove all failed cards
      • Add the card again as new
      • Try postal code with and without spaces
    5. Use:
      • Edge or Chrome
      • Incognito / Private mode
      • Or a different device
