How do I completely delete a 365 log in

I started using 365 for MAC and then went back to Office 2021 for MAC. Now I can't use my log in for teams and I keep getting asked to restart my 365 subscription.

Select Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access.

Right-click the account that you want to remove.

Select Delete [account name] (this is the account associated with the subscription)

After that, you might have clear cache in order to reflect the change:

delete Teams folder at /Users/[your username]/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams

To stop the Microsoft 365 sign‑in prompts on a Mac and use only Office 2021, remove both the Microsoft 365 apps and their license information, then sign back in only where needed (for example, Teams with the correct account).

Follow these steps on the Mac:

1. Uninstall Microsoft 365 apps (if still installed)
   1. Open Finder > Applications.
   2. Command+click to select all Microsoft 365/Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.).
   3. Ctrl+click the selected apps and choose Move to Trash.
   4. Empty the Trash.

   1. Before starting, make sure the Office apps are closed.
