Sorry you’re running into this, that’s understandably frustrating, especially after renewing. This usually happens when the subscription renews successfully on the billing side, but the license entitlements don’t fully re‑sync.
Please try the following:
- Confirm the subscription shows Active and that the Platinum plan is applied to the correct account/tenant.
- Restart or redeploy the affected agents to force them to rebind to the license.
- Sign out and back into the admin/management portal (or use an InPrivate window) to refresh entitlements.
- If licenses are assigned, remove and reassign them once.
