how to find Names Manager in Excel

The spreadsheet in question has NAMES defined . I need to add a Named cell.

In Excel for Windows, Name Manager is on the Formulas tab.

To open Name Manager and add a named cell:

1. Go to the Formulas tab on the Ribbon.
2. In the Defined Names group, click Name Manager.
   • This opens the Name Manager dialog where all existing names are listed.
3. To add a new named cell or range, click New… (or Define Name from the Formulas tab):
   • In Name, type the name to use.
   • In Scope, choose Workbook or a specific worksheet.
   • In Refers to, select the cell (or range) on the sheet, or type the reference/formula.
4. Click OK to save.

After that, the new name can be used in formulas (for example, via Formulas > Defined Names > Use in Formula).
