EDU Approval Microsoft A1 Pending

My organization is fully qualified, the domain was verified 3 months ago, and I already have the EDU trial. My Microsoft 365 Education status is still pending, and I have received zero resolution. I am requesting, what more can I do? I didn't get any mails from microsoft for, subbiting additional details,.

    Thank you for outlining the issue. I understand how inconvenient it is when your Microsoft 365 Education eligibility remains pending, especially after your domain has already been verified for several months. 

    To move this forward, the most effective next step is to contact Microsoft Support through the Microsoft 365 admin center. You can do this by going to Support, then selecting Help and Support.

    In your ticket description, you'll need to clearly explain that you need assistance with the eligibility verification process. Here is an example description you can use: 

    “My Microsoft 365 Education eligibility has been pending for three months even though my domain was verified a long time ago. I haven't received any email requesting additional documents. I would like assistance in reviewing and completing the eligibility process. 

    I’m available to provide any documentation or verification needed to support the approval process. 

    My available time is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+7).” 

    It may also be helpful to attach screenshots that clearly show the pending status. This can make it easier for the support agent to understand the situation. 

    After the ticket is submitted, the system will assign a support agent to your case. The agent will contact you through phone or email, so please keep an eye on your phone and email so you don’t miss any messages.
