I paid for the $99.99 yearly package to download on my Mac and my desktop; however, I did not receive an email with the payment and the new key information. To any of my emails, also when I log back into my old Microsoft information, it says support for Windows 10 has ended, and visit microsoft.com to explore options and start planning your transition to Windows 11. I need help getting my computers back to the Microsoft account information. Please help, my email is ******@12-21wywyff.org, and I have two other emails: ******@aol.com and ******@gmail.com I do not have in any of my emails the information key or receipt, only in my account where the money was posted that Microsoft was paid.

    Hello,

If you have a subscription, you don't have product key, the Microsoft account itself used for the subscription is the license itself.

Do you know which Microsoft account you used for the subscription? If you do, you can go ahead and install:

    Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.

If you are not sure what username you have with Microsoft, use this instruction here to see if you can recover the username:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c

The product key and receipt are not sent from this channel, but there are several ways to recover them and restore access to subscriptions and licenses.

    1. Check Microsoft account order history
      • Sign in with each of the email addresses that might have been used for the purchase (for example, the three mentioned) to the Microsoft account portal and open Order history.
      • The $99.99 yearly Microsoft 365 or Office subscription should appear there with the purchase date.
      • From the order details, the subscription can be managed and installation started on Mac and desktop without needing a separate product key.
    2. Find product keys and downloads
      • For Microsoft 365 and most current Office subscriptions, a traditional product key is usually not required after redemption; the subscription is tied to the Microsoft account used at purchase.
      • For other apps, games, or one‑time Office purchases, product keys and downloads can be found by signing in and following the guidance in Find your Microsoft downloads and product keys.
    3. If the product key or email is lost or damaged
      • If a product key was provided and is now lost or damaged, and there is valid proof of purchase (such as the charge visible in the payment account), Microsoft support may be able to replace the key or offer other options. Use the Microsoft support contact page to reach an agent and provide proof of purchase.
    4. When Windows mentions support for Windows 10 ending
      • The message about Windows 10 support ending and planning a transition to Windows 11 is separate from the Microsoft 365/Office subscription purchase.
      • For Windows itself, activation is usually handled by a digital license linked to the device or Microsoft account, not by the Microsoft 365 subscription key.
    5. Contact Microsoft support directly
      • Because the confirmation email and key information are missing across all email accounts, and there is a confirmed charge, the next step is to contact a customer support agent and provide payment details and possible account emails so they can locate the subscription and re‑associate it with the correct Microsoft account.
