I lost my Google password and have been trying to get back into Google, and I am having a great deal of difficulty, in trying to do so. I just want an uncomplicated answer on how to get Google working again. Ever since you dumped Gemstar/AI into my computer, it's been screwed up. I had no problems until then. What authority did you get from me regarding Gemstar/AI installation? I don't have a choice in the programs I want installed on my computer. I keep working on workarounds since you dumped Gemstar/AI in my computer.

If you mean Gemini that is Google's AI not Microsoft.

For Google related questions I'd suggest you use their support Google Help

Password and account recovery for Google services is handled only by Google. Use Google’s official recovery process to get the account working again in Windows and any Microsoft apps.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Open a web browser in Windows (Edge, Chrome, etc.).
    2. Go to the normal Google sign-in page and select the option like Forgot password?.
    3. Follow Google’s prompts (they may send a code to a recovery email, phone, or ask security questions) until the password is reset and the account is re-enabled.
    4. If Google reports that the account is disabled, review why and how to fix it using the guidance on the Gmail/Google support site linked in the articles below.
    5. After the password is successfully reset and the account is active again, update the saved credentials in any Microsoft apps (for example, Outlook) that use that Google account.

Any installation or behavior of non-Microsoft software such as “Gemstar/AI” is not covered in the available material; only Google’s own recovery tools can restore access to a lost Google password or a disabled Google account.
