Windows Hello Finger Print & Face Recognition incompatibility

Question

I have Dell Inspiron 5570 with finger print sensor and always working in previous editions of windows from 8 then 10 till 11 all home versions..
From about nearly 2 months it shows that the both ways are not compatible with windows hello recognition system although the following has been done:

1. Repairing windows.
2. Stop then start services again.
3. uninstall the sensor then installing fresh copy
4. contacting windows team support but without any successful solution even with remote controlling with their team.
5. All available solutions on internet using reg or other ways not helpful.

Just help me to use my laptop normally again please.
