    Hello gerald mcshane,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

May I know have you tried the suggestions from the AI assistant yet? If you did, may I know how it goes?

Before we proceed further, may I know if you are able to log in to the Microsoft website with your account? Please try it with incognito/inPrivate mode as well. Also, if there are any other apps that require a Microsoft account have the same issue?

    I'm waiting for your reply.

Outlook classic and Microsoft Store both reporting no network while Wi‑Fi appears connected usually indicates a Windows connectivity issue rather than an Outlook-only problem.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Confirm Windows really has internet access
      • Open a browser (Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome).
      • Browse to http://www.microsoft.com and http://www.bing.com.
      • If these do not load, follow the Windows Wi‑Fi troubleshooting steps in Fix Wi-Fi connection issues in Windows.
    2. Check Outlook classic online/offline status
      • In classic Outlook, look at the bottom status bar.
      • If it shows Disconnected, Working Offline, or Trying to connect…, Outlook cannot reach the mail server.
      • Go to the Send/Receive tab → in Preferences, select Work Offline once to toggle back online.
      • Then select Send/Receive again or reopen and resend any stuck messages.
    3. Run the Classic Outlook connectivity troubleshooter
      • On the same Windows 10/11 PC where classic Outlook is installed, run the Classic Outlook connectivity troubleshooter from Classic Outlook troubleshooters.
      • Select Start, allow it to open Get Help, and follow the guided steps.
    4. If Outlook still cannot receive mail
      • Verify Outlook is not in Working Offline (step 2).
      • Confirm general internet access again (step 1).
      • If still failing only for email, check account settings as described in Troubleshoot Outlook email setup under I can't receive new email messages.

If Microsoft Store continues to show no network while browsers also fail or are intermittent, complete the Wi‑Fi troubleshooting flow in the Windows article to resolve the underlying network issue; Outlook and Store should start working again once Windows networking is healthy.
