Need Help Reinstalling Microsoft 365 after a laptop has been worked on

I just got my laptop back from getting worked on and I can't get my Microsoft 365 to pull. It is telling me it can't find the file

    What work was done on your laptop? Note that if the computer was reset you may have to reinstall your Office apps. You should be able to do that from your associated account at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
